In January of 2016, I signed up for Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training after taking only 2 classes. It was a decision made on a whim, and I had no idea how far this path would end up taking me. I fell in love with learning about yoga and teaching what I knew to students, and I wanted more.
Yoga taught me how to tune into my body and relearn all of my sensations and feelings, as if I was knowing myself for the first time. Through this series of '“first dates” with myself, I realized the importance of food and its profound impact on the way our bodies move and feel. Again, my curiosity peaked, and I signed up to become a certified Holistic Nutritionist, completing my coursework in February of 2019.
At about this same time, I reconnected with Angelica (see right), who was leading a class when she mentioned her training in Ayurveda. I had just finished reading a book on the basics and cornered her after class to hear more of her story. After only a few minutes of hearing about her experiences, I (once again) allowed curiosity to take over and promptly asked her to take me on as a client (she said yes!).
In short, our sessions and Ayurveda changed my life. I implemented it. I shared it with anyone who would listen. I bought books on the subject. I attended free educational workshops. I wove its wisdom into my yoga practice, lifestyle, and diet.
My goal now is to fuse my knowledge and network of Yoga, Food, and Ayurveda into a space where it can be shared, learned, and loved. Soulfull was born out of an eagerness to connect the Ayurveda experts and Yogis to the world and to give them space and a place to share their gifts and alter the lives of others.

My passion for holistic health is rooted in my love for yoga. I began practicing yoga in 2011, which shed a beacon of light onto my true path. As I continued to further my personal practice, I unveiled the realization that my purpose was to educate others. I received my 200-hr Power Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 and expanded my consciousness even more. A whole new world was presented to me.
Yoga has given me endless knowledge, compassion, and strength. It serves as a stable home for my well-being. Throughout my continued yoga education, Ayurveda regularly made an appearance in my life. In 2016, I decided to enroll in the Ayurvedic Health Counselor Program at the California College of Ayurveda, and the discovery of Ayurveda has been a pivotal shift in my life.
I fully embrace my unique nature and nourish it with the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda. My dharma is to share this blissful way to live with others and foster their recognition of the divine power within them, and you’ll find me hosting Ayurveda workshops, working with clients 1:1, teaching yoga and managing a yoga studio, and providing Reiki.
